Concussion
A concussion is defined as a traumatic brain injury, usually resulting from a direct blow to the head, face, neck or body. Even if you don’t lose consciousness, you may still suffer from Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms (PPCS), which may only present itself months after the incident
Common problems with PPCS:
Headaches
Dizziness
Fatigue
Difficulty concentrating
Coordination issues
Memory loss
Light and noise sensitivity
At Tendler Physiotherapy, we are trained to treat PPCS. We combine both vestibular rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy (including massage) to help alleviate your symptoms.
